Conversational voice & SMS bots

A reference architecture for an LLM-powered bot that is the conversation partner — distinct from passive call-analysis platforms that score human-to-human calls. Built on Twilio ConversationRelay for the channel layer, with a Python async backend handling multi-turn state, tool-use, retrieval, and supervised handoff to humans. The patterns below were validated in a prototype phase and are positioned to extend when the work resumes.
